How quickly can you get my technology working again?

Most problems are pretty simple to fix once you know what they are.  John will always provide a realistic estimate based on your needs.  On average problems take an hour or two of billable time to solve.

How much do you charge?

The standard charge for services is $100/hr, with a 1 hour minimum, 30 minute increments after that.

What hours do you operate?

Monday/Tuesday 9 AM - 3 PM | Wednesday 9AM - Noon | Thursday/Friday 9AM - 3 PM
